Relax-we’ll do the work and gather our client’s unique project requirements and expected agency skills

We’ll pull together project scopes, job descriptions and other documents so your agency can provide a proposal and resumes for your contracted teams. Don’t worry-this isn’t like a long, often painful RFP process. We have a great software application you can log into and share details or ask questions to make it simple and painless.

We’ll ensure that we give you playbooks, answer all your questions and provide guidance on how to end up on the shortlist. We’ll provide our clients with the top 10 recommendations on pre-selected and vetted agencies & engineers that meet or exceed qualifications.
Clients will choose 2-3 agencies they’d like to interview.

Finding the perfect team

If the client chooses your team, we will enter a 3 way contract between your agency, ourselves and the client to ensure that everyone is aligned and there aren’t any grey areas.

We'll provide another Day 1 Kickoff Playbook to help ensure the team is setup for success. We’ll even facilitate scheduled Project Check-ins to ensure the team is collaborating well, we’ll even manage the budget and paperwork.
Clients can scale the team up/down as their project and budget needs evolve but you’ll have advance notice.

Now that our client found your perfect team, this is when we charge a fee to the client based on your team's bill rate. Since we aren't like those listicles, we don't charge agencies to connect you to clients.

We’ll provide you with pricing guidance when your rates aren’t aligned with your competition so you can get to the short list. And we’ll never charge you a dime before/after you win projects.

You’ll receive full negotiated rates without deductions since Outforce.ai charges a markup to end clients, not agencies.

Standardized contracts that spell out everything to avoid any confusion

We’ll facilitate 3 way contract negotiations to speed up project start dates

No need to invoice clients. We’ll manage receivables and pay you within 5 days of client payments.
